South Carolina Republican Representative Jeff Duncan thinks the one-trillion-dollar spending package that passed to keep the federal government running this fiscal year is "crap."
In a Facebook post, Representative Jeff Duncan said the bill looked like an Obama-era plan and it didn't address things like excessive government spending. The bill also left out funding for a border wall and doesn't cut funding for Planned Parenthood or "sanctuary" cities.
Republican leaders who support the bill say they can tackle the big conservative issues in September when they pass a year-long spending package.
