Interstate 20 has reopened after a fatal overnight accident shut down the roadway at Bush River Rd.
The accident involving a tractor trailer and a car happened before 4 this morning and snarled inbound traffic on alternate routes across Lexington County.
Westbound lanes were closed for less than an hour, however it took several hours to clear the inbound side on the interstate.
The Highway Patrol continues its investigation.
