Man Breaks Out Windows At State House

A man is facing charges after allegedly going on a rampage at the State House. 

Bureau of Protective service officers spotted the man wielding a piece of wood on the grounds early Sunday morning. 

The officers say he admitted to busting windows near the entrance to the lieutenant governor's office and damaging cars parked along Main Street. 

The 46-year-old is charged with damage to state property.
