The FBI and the Coast Guard are investigating a bomb threat on a ship docked at the Wando Terminal of the Port of Charleston.
State and federal authorities evacuated the vessel and closed down a portion of the Cooper River on Wednesday night. Officials say the threat of a potential "dirty bomb" was reported by a YouTube "conspiracy theorist."
The ship and its containers have been cleared.
