Republican Ralph Norman is celebrating a victory over Democrat Archie Parnell for the 5th District seat in Congress.
Norman won the race last night to replaces Mick Mulvaney, who was appointed by the President as budget director.
President Trump is likely celebrating, as well, since the candidates he favored publicly beat out their Democratic candidates in this special election, as well as in a similar Georgia race the same day.
