South Carolina Representative Jeff Duncan is urging a Supreme Court justice to recuse herself from an upcoming travel ban case.
Representative Duncan sent out a copy of the letter addressed to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Twitter. The letter explains why previous comments she has made about President Donald Trump disqualify her as an impartial judge.
The letter is signed by twelve Republican House members, including the South Carolina representative.
