Midlands Ice Cream Shop Berated For Confederate Flag The Owner's Didn't Fly

The owner of an the Edisto River Creamery and Kitchen in Orangeburg is receiving threats and racially charged mail about a Confederate flag that doesn't belong to him. 

The previous owner of the shop deeded a portion of land to the Sons of Confederate Veterans and now he can't do anything about the giant flag flying above his ice cream shop. 

Most recently, a letter came from New Jersey declaring that the, quote, "stars and bars [are] good for business" and said the flag deterred, quote, "those people."
