Despite getting too close for comfort to a lightning strike, four people, including a baby, have a couple of things to be thankful for.
They're all going to survive, first of all, and secondly, it happened near a wedding party full of nurses. It happened yesterday afternoon on the beach at Isle of Palms in Ocean Point.
When the wedding party saw the people knocked to the ground, they rushed to the victims and carried them off the beach to tend to their injuries until ambulances arrived.
