The mother of a two-year-old who was killed in Lancaster Monday night is now in jail, as is her teenage boyfriend.
Lancaster police say 26-year-old Toni Gladden and her 18-year-old boyfriend Shazeem Hayes are each charged with unlawful conduct of a child. Lancaster Police haven't said whether Jarcavion Gladden accidentally shot himself or if it was the fault of another person.
An autopsy was done on Jarcavion yesterday, and police are still investigating what led up to the shooting.
