An international fugitive is behind bars after being nabbed in Fairfield County.
Hainsley DaCosta Browne, also known as “Barbados”, was arrested after fleeing the Caribbean. Browne was trying to elude law enforcement after scamming more than $100,000 out of elderly victims, convincing them he was a family member.
Browne was trying to defraud elderly residents of the Palmetto State before he was caught.
