Corley Sentenced To Probation

Former state legislator Chris Corley was sentenced to 5 years probation, 100 hours of community service, and he must attend anger management classes, following his guilty plea in Monday's hearing in Aiken.

This involves a domestic violence incident, after he was accused of attacking his wife during an argument about his infidelity late last year.

His wife begged prosecutors to drop the case, or to at least allow Corley to plead to a lesser charge to enable him to keep his law license.
