A second case of West Nile virus is confirmed in Rock Hill.
Officials with York County Emergency Management and the state's Department of Health and Environmental Control announced Monday that a resident who lives near Baylor Drive contracted the illness.
The newest case is confirmed after someone in Anderson County died of the illness last month, the first in the state this year.
