(Columbia, SC) -- The Columbia police chief and a Vista nightclub are having a disagreement.
CPD says Chief Skip Holbrook has revoked the city-issued business license of the Empire Supper Club after a weekend shooting that left eight people injured. The CPD is being accused by Empire's attorney, Bakari Sellers, of "flunking its due process test."
In a statement, Sellers says The Empire Supper Club isn't sure just yet if legal action will be taken against the city, but all options are on the table.
