(Sumter, SC) -- A Sumter man is under arrest in connection to a Sunday night shooting of a 15-year-old girl.
Sumter police announced yesterday that an 18-year-old was charged with attempted murder. Authorities said he fired a weapon at the home of a neighbor on Flamingo Road.
The victim was taken to Palmetto Health Richland in stable condition.
The suspect is booked at the Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center
