(Washington, DC) -- Senator Tim Scott believes previous failures will lead to success when it comes to tax reform.
Scott yesterday predicted a tax-reform package will pass by Thanksgiving. He says what Republicans got wrong with health care reform taught them how to do it right.
He told "CBS This Morning" that unlike health care, the House, Senate and White House are all on the same page when it comes to tax reform.
