(Irmo, SC) -- An ongoing issue with their water provider has one family feeling like third-class passengers on the Titanic.
That's how Irmo's Adam Powell describes his battle with Carolina Water Service. Powell says he and other residents of the Stonegate neighborhood have had brown, smelly water off and on for decades, and while their bills keep going up, they still can't drink the water.
The company, meanwhile, tells WIS-TV the water is drinkable, but it's looking for a permanent solution
