In a major shake-up, two influential SCANA executives, CEO Kevin Marsh and COO Stephen Byrne have announced that they'll be retiring.
The announcement comes almost three months to the day that the V.C Summer nuclear project disaster was abandoned.
CFO Jimmy Addison replaces Marsh, while Maybank Hagood will serve as chairman.
Some observers believe this is a good first step, while others are taking a wait and see attitude. Marsh and Byrne will stay on until the end of the year.
