(Columbia, SC) -- A lawmaker may find himself on the other side of the law.
Richland County deputies are investigating an incident involving Orangeburg State Reps. Jerry Govan and Gilda Cobb-Hunter.
Cobb-Hunter filed a report last month that Govan twisted her wrist and pushed her during an argument six months ago.
Govan says he apologized, but Cobb-Hunter tells WIS-TV she hopes there are more consequences.
