(Washington, DC) -- It's the Russians today, and Senator Lindsey Graham wants to make sure it's not someone else tomorrow.
That's why Graham says he wants to set up a bipartisan commission to look at how to stop foreigners from spreading their influence on social media.
Graham wants the panel to be modeled after the 9-11 commission made up of experts in the field who would advise Congress on what to do. One Democratic colleague has already told "Politico" he's open to the idea.
