(Sumter County, SC) -- Midlands college students have filed a class action suit because of mold.
Five students who lived on campus at Morris College in Sumter County claim they've been exposed to toxic mold and other harmful substances.
According to their attorney, one of the students was hospitalized while another was forced to drop out.
The students are seeking 55-million-dollars and want the trial to be heard by a jury.
