(Lexington County, SC) -- A woman is spending the next decade in prison for what a prosecutor calls the most preventable sort of tragedy.
Lexington County's Destiny Mills was given a 10-year sentence last week for driving drunk in a crash that killed Olivia Johnson two years ago. Johnson was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the car.
Johnson's father is now suing four restaurants in the Columbia area that served Mills and didn't call a cab for her.
