(Spartanburg, SC) -- A convicted serial killer in South Carolina claims he has killed more people than have been discovered.
Todd Kohlhepp wrote in an eight-page letter to "The Herald-Journal" newspaper that he tried to tell investigators about the other victims. Kohlhepp says his claims were blown off.
The 46-year-old was convicted of killing seven people and was given seven life sentences. Kohlhepp was captured in 2016 when police rescued a woman chained up in a container on his property.
