(Columbia, SC) -- A power outage at the Atlanta airport is having an impact here at home. Several flights in and out of the Columbia Metropolitan Airport were either canceled or delayed yesterday.
Airport officials say there were also a few flights that were diverted to Columbia. An electrical fire knocked out power to the entire Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport yesterday afternoon.
Power has been restored, however it may be days before things a fully back to normal during this busy flying season.
