(Columbia, SC) -- A second suspect is under arrest in connection with a shooting in Richland County.
Sheriff's officials say 18-year-old Javian Lessington is charged with attempted murder and carjacking. Tony Williams was arrested earlier this week on similar charges.
The shooting last weekend on Silver Oak Circle left one man paralyzed and another in critical condition. Deputies are still looking for a third suspect in connection to the crime.
