State Gives Update On Flu

(Columbia, SC)  --  The flu season continues to claim lives in South Carolina.  

State health officials this week announced the death toll has risen to 106 after 16 people died last week. The Upstate has recorded the most deaths with 38, while the Midlands is next with 33.  

The report also says the state is now in its eighth week of widespread flu activity.
