(Columbia, SC) -- A former lawmaker who pleaded guilty to misconduct promises to rebuild the reputation torn down by a man he calls a liar.
Former Lexington state rep Rick Quinn yesterday addressed, for the first time, the allegations of corruption that almost landed him in prison. He was sentenced to community service instead after fighting charges he says were politically motivated.
Quinn tells 'WIS 10 News' he'll upload documents to his website that will prove his innocence to his constituents and, more importantly, his children.
