(Columbia, SC) -- A state lawmaker is promising not to make the same mistake again when it comes to protecting energy customers.
Fairfield State Senator Mike Fanning was part of a group who questioned Dominion CEO Thomas Farrell yesterday. Farrell's company wants to buy SCE-and-G, but it needs state approval first.
Farrell asked lawmakers to move quickly, but 'WIS 10 News' reports Fanning told him the state moved too quickly last time and failed to protect the ratepayers.
