(Columbia, SC) -- How much food a Columbia bar has sold could affect how much liquor it's allowed to sell in the future.
The owner of 'Five Points Roost' went before a judge yesterday to ask for a permanent alcohol license.
Neighbors who have complained about noise from the bar's customers want that request denied, though.
Their lawyer claims state law requires most of a bar's revenues to come from selling food, and the bar falls well short of that mark.
