(Columbia, SC) -- The South Carolina-Missouri women's basketball rivalry is moving to a different kind of court.
USC coach Dawn Staley yesterday filed a lawsuit against Missouri Athletic Director Jim Sterk. After their game last month in Columbia, Sterk accused Staley of fostering a hostile environment in the arena that included USC fans spitting on Missouri players and using the 'N' word.
Staley is seeking 75-thousand dollars in damages for defamation and negligence, but she refused to answer questions about it after last night's win over LSU.
