(Columbia, SC) -- A judge is standing by a decision a prosecutor says was too soft.
Judge Carmen Mullen yesterday upheld her decision to sentence former Lexington State Rep. Rick Quinn to probation, community service and a fine.
Quinn was sentenced after pleading guilty to misconduct in office, which is a misdemeanor.
The prosecutor wanted a harsher sentence, but "The State" reports Mullen told him the plea deal limited her options.
