(Columbia, SC) -- A YouTube video has a man facing charges.
Christopher Raines, who also goes by the name A.J. Blues, was arrested this weekend for making online threats against public employees in Lexington County.
The YouTube video was titled 'List of people who ought to be killed.'
Raines was also arrested last year for threatening violence at River Bluff High School.
Raines claims to running as a write-in candidate for the open House District 69 seat.
