(Columbia, SC) -- Before it competes on the court, USC women's basketball wants to win a competition off the court.
Head coach Dawn Staley yesterday Tweeted a challenge to Gamecocks fans. For every ticket bought for this weekend's games at Colonial Life Arena, Staley will donate a ticket to a local family.
Her goal is to surpass the ten-thousand tickets Mississippi State has already sold for its weekend home games, and at last count, USC was still about 35-hundred tickets behind.
