(Columbia, SC) -- Recent violence has a Columbia business owner calling for a culture change in his neighborhood.
Pawley's Front Porch owner and State Rep. Kirkman Finlay yesterday discussed the latest round of violence this weekend in Five Points where three people were shot.
Finlay says the violence has forced him to close his restaurant at 8:00, and he tells 'WIS 10 News' now he's considering moving.
Columbia's public safety committee today will discuss a plan to force all Five Points bars to close at 2:00 a.m.
