Public Hearing Held For Richland Renaissance Project

(Columbia, SC)  --  Residents are being asked for feedback on a project one official says will elevate Richland County to a new level.  

A public hearing was held last night in Columbia for the Richland Renaissance project.  The project calls for massive changes to county government, tourism and the Columbia Place Mall.  

Residents say revitalization is needed, and Council Chair Joyce Dickerson tells WIS the project will have an incredible economic impact.
