(Lexington County, SC) -- A Lexington County doctor is facing a charge of involuntary manslaughter just two days after his wife died.
Cayce Police arrested Dr. Adam Lazzarini yesterday for the shooting death of a Columbia salesman last October.
County Coroner Margaret Fisher says Lazzarini reported his wife Vanessa Biery died at her home on Tuesday. The cause of Biery's death is not yet known.
The Lexington Medical Center has placed Lazzarini on leave during the investigation.
