USC Softball Advances

(Columbia, SC)  --  USC softball is a step closer to the College World Series.

The Gamecocks won two games against Liberty yesterday to win the Columbia Regional and advance to the Super Regionals.

Hartsville sophomore Cayla Drotar hit a two-run homer in a two-nothing win, and she then got the win on the mound in a five-nothing victory.

This will be USC's first trip to the Super Regionals in 11 years.
