(Irmo, SC) -- A biker known as a legend is celebrating another birthday. Bernie Shankman this weekend celebrated his upcoming 95th birthday, which also marks his 79th year as a biker.
The surprise party was held at the Harley Haven in Irmo, and even Cayce Mayor Elise Parton showed up to thank him for his volunteer efforts at a retirement home.
Shankman is in the South Carolina Biker Hall of Fame, and he tells 'WACH Fox' he'll keep riding as long as he can get his leg over the seat.
