(Columbia, SC) -- A state lawmaker is threatening more legal action against a prosecutor whose spending habits have been questioned.
Richland State Rep. Todd Rutherford wants Fifth Circuit Solicitor Dan Johnson to reveal information about an audit ordered three months ago into his use of taxpayer money.
Rutherford says the audit should have been done by now, and he's accusing Johnson of hiding damaging information ahead of next week's election.
Rutherford is supporting Johnson's opponent, and if Johnson doesn't release the audit's findings this week, Rutherford says he'll look into filing federal charges.
