A memorial service and moment of silence was held yesterday at Columbia's Bethel AME Church. It was the third anniversary of the shooting that left nine dead.
Reverend Dr. Caesar Richburg tells 'WACH Fox' he hopes the service can lift up those affected by the shooting and allow them to move forward.
