(Clinton, SC) -- The autopsy result is out on a child whose death shocked and sickened investigators in Laurens County.
The autopsy released yesterday of two-year-old Brantley Smith says the boy died of blunt force trauma.
His mother and boyfriend were arrested after the boy was found dead in their Clinton home this weekend.
Deputies say the boy's body was found covered in bruises, and there were signs he was sexually molested.
