(Columbia, SC) -- The governor is planning to fight a new lawsuit with everything he has.
That's what a spokesman for Henry McMaster said this weekend after Planned Parenthood filed a federal lawsuit.
The organization is suing the state Health and Human Services department after McMaster ordered the state to stop reimbursing them for serving Medicaid patients.
McMaster's spokesman tells The State the governor does not believe tax dollars should go to organizations that perform elective abortions.
