(Columbia, SC) -- More than a year since she was first diagnosed with West Nile virus, a woman in Columbia is still struggling to get back to normal.
LaMancia Williams was diagnosed last year after she lost movement in her limbs, suffered swelling in her brain and lost the ability to speak.
She's undergoing physical therapy, and she's still limited in what she can do.
She tells News 19, though, she believes she'll be able to overcome those limitations and get back to being herself again
