(Lexington County, SC) -- A middle school teacher accused of an inappropriate relationship with a student is being ordered to avoid contact with the victim.
A Lexington County judge also granted the woman a 30-thousand-dollar surety bond at a Saturday hearing. Samantha Knopsyder was arrested on Friday for allegedly kissing one of her students at Sandhills Middle School last year.
Her attorney says she doesn't work at the school anymore, although the school district says she is on leave.
