(Columbia, SC) -- A search is underway for a driver involved in a deadly collision in Richland County.
It happened this weekend at Hardscrabble Road and Lake Carolina Boulevard in northeast Richland.
Elgin 40-year-old Justin Turner was riding his bike when he was hit and killed by a BMW that swerved to avoid another driver.
No charges have been announced against the BMW driver, and the other driver fled the scene.
