Gov. McMaster: SC Florence Causes Over $1.2B In Damage

(Columbia, SC) -- Governor Henry McMaster says Hurricane Florence is costing the state more than one-point-two-billion dollars so far.

The deadly storm made landfall in South Carolina on September 14th, and dangerous floodwaters continue to threaten the state.

 A disaster recovery team is starting to issue the first round of grants to residents whose homes were badly affected by Florence.
