(Washington, DC) -- Lindsey Graham is "happy" efforts to, in his words, "humiliate and railroad" Brett Kavanaugh failed.
The Republican senator told Fox News Sunday he's pleased to know the efforts to destroy a man "he has known for 20 years fell short."
Like Graham, Senator Tim Scott voted to confirm Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
Scott Tweeted this weekend he did so because nothing in the FBI report confirmed the allegations against Kavanaugh.
