(Florence, SC) -- The death of a Florence County deputy is hitting close to home for some parishioners.
Deputy Farrah Turner passed away this week from injuries she suffered in a shooting this month.
Turner was a security guard at First Presbyterian Church, and County Council Chairman Kent Caudle, who attends the church, remembers her as a joyous person.
Assistant Pastor Chris Handley tells WLTX Turner loved the church, and the church loved her.
