(Washington, DC) -- Tim Scott could decide the fate of one of the president's judicial nominees.
President Trump has nominated Thomas Farr to the Eastern District of North Carolina, but critics say he has a history of supporting laws that disenfranchise black voters.
Democratic senators are united in opposing the nomination, which means Trump can only afford to lose one Republican vote.
So far, Arizona Republican Jeff Flake is opposed, and Scott, who is black, said this week he's not sure how he'll vote today.
