(Columbia, SC) -- The man who leads what the governor calls the most complex agency in state government will remain on the job.
Governor Henry McMaster announced yesterday that Josh Baker will continue as director of Health and Human Services.
McMaster appointed Baker last year, and he calls Baker a responsible steward for every single taxpayer dollar.
He also credits Baker for modernizing the state's healthcare delivery systems and lowering the infant mortality rate last year.
