Three Clemson Players Flunk Drug Tests

(Dallas, TX) -- Clemson could be without a key player in Saturday's big game.

Head coach Dabo Swinney announced yesterday that defensive lineman Dexter Lawrence flunked a drug test, along with two other players. All three are suspended for the Cotton Bowl national semifinal against Notre Dame.

Lawrence, offensive lineman Zach Giella and tight end Braden Galloway all tested positive for a banned substance called ostarine, but they could be cleared to play if their B samples come up clean.
